Vincent J. Weaver, Jr.

Vincent John Weaver Jr., of Pottstown, PA, passed away on February 19, 2025 at the age of 62. Born on April 13, 1962, Vinnie lived a life filled with service, creativity, and love for his family.

Vinnie proudly served his country in the United States Army, where he was stationed in both Hawaii and Korea. He had a passion for creating things with his hands, finding delight in both cooking and woodworking. His talents brought warmth and joy to those around him.

Never one to stop growing, Vinnie had recently made the inspiring decision to attend college for the first time at the age of 62, embracing new opportunities and showing that it’s never too late to pursue your dreams.

Vinnie's greatest joy was his family. He is survived by his loving daughter, Jessica Van Den Acre; her husband, James; and the absolute light of his life, his beloved grandchildren, Melody and Ashton. He is also survived by his ex-wife, Dawn Chance; his step-sons, Joseph and Steven Delahanty; his brother, Joseph, and his family; his sister, Karen; his niece, Alexa; and his mother, Dorothy.

He was preceded in death by his partner and best friend, Barbara A. Miller, and her daughter, Jennifer L. Miller, as well as his father, Vincent Weaver Sr.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
