Verna Rhymer

Verna (Malin) Rhymer, 89, wife of the late Robert W. Rhymer, Sr. passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022 in Parkhouse Providence Pointe.

Born on August 10, 1932 in Philadelphia, PA she was the daughter of the late Harold K. and Esther (Briggs) Malin.

She worked for Dill Products in Norristown, PA.

She was a lifetime member of Grace Crossing Community Church and was in the church choir.  She was also a member of the Polish Club.

Verna loved puzzles and spending time with family and friends.  She was a "spitfire" and let you know how she felt and wasn't afraid to tell you.

She is survived by 3 children:
Cynthia wife of Edward Shepherd;
Thomas Rhymer, Sr. husband of Connie Rhymer;
Andrew Rhymer.

2 Grandsons, Thomas Rhymer, Jr. and wife Kelly Rhymer and Christopher husband of Krystle Rhymer.

She was preceded in death by her son Robert Rhymer, Jr.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Service in Devlin Rosmos Kepp and Gatcha Funeral Home, 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 11:00 am.

Burial will follow in Morris Cemetery.

A visitation will be held on Thursday from 10:30 am to 11:00 am.
