Tina M. (Natale) Nelson

Tina M. (Natale) Nelson, 64, wife of Robert W. Nelson of Royersford, PA passed away peacefully and surrounded by love on Saturday, August 3, 2024 in Phoenixville, PA. Born on October 1, 1959 in Phoenixville, PA she was the eldest daughter of the late Joseph J. and Maria (Tammaro) Natale. Tina was a 1977 graduate of St. Pius X High School and spent nearly 30 years of her professional life working as an accounts receivable specialist for Valley Forge Sewer Authority. While working full-time and raising a family, Tina earned her Associates Degree in Accounting from Montgomery County Community College.

She proudly served as the Secretary for the Board of Directors of her homeowner's association at Riverwalk of Royersford and as the Teamsters Union Steward for the Valley Forge Sewer Authority. Affectionately known as "Nina" by her grandsons, she devoted her life to her family ("famiglia" for her loved ones in Italy) and adored her pets Micky, George, and Maggie. Tina loved Cape May, Charleston Chews, coffee ice cream, Thanksgiving, lemon Italian Water Ice, extra dirty martini's, chai tea, Tucker Carlson, Australian red licorice, her undefeated debate record, and the rom-com movie "A Family Affair". She was also extremely proud of her Italian heritage and worked tirelessly to reconnect her family in the USA to her family in Caserta, Italy. Tina enjoyed many trips to Italy over the years, with her most recent visit occurring this past May.

Tina was an incredible resource, problem solver, and fierce advocate for her family and friends. She faced every challenge with tenacity and courage. She was a force to be contended with, driven by love for and loyalty to the people she cared for the most. In her spare time, you could always find Tina helping her friends and family by using many of her unique talents & skills like interior design, traditional Neapolitan cooking, flower arranging, artistry, and sewing.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by two sons: Reggie Reiter and Timothy husband of Myriah Reiter; three grandsons: Michael, Daniel, and Garrett; two sisters: Angela wife of Jeffrey Shronk and Joanne wife of Thomas Calibeo, her "brother" Dominic Tammaro husband of Dolly Tammaro, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and their families. 

Relatives and friends are invited to the Devlin - Gatcha Funeral Home, 517 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am followed by a Celebration of Life service at 11:00 am. For those unable to attend in person, the service will also be livestreamed on Devlin - Gatcha Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc.at

Nata il 1 ottobre 1959 a Phoenixville, in Pennsylvania, era la figlia maggiore del defunto Joseph J. e Maria (Tammaro) Natale. Tina si è diplomata nel 1977 alla St. Pius X High School e ha trascorso quasi 30 anni della sua vita professionale lavorando come specialista dei crediti per la Valley Forge Sewer Authority. Mentre lavorava a tempo pieno e cresceva una famiglia, Tina ha conseguito la laurea in contabilità presso il Montgomery County Community College.

Tina amava Cape May, Charleston Chews, il gelato al caffè, il Ringraziamento, il ghiaccio italiano al limone, il martini extra sporco, il tè chai, Tucker Carlson, la liquirizia rossa australiana, il suo record di imbattibilità nei dibattiti e la commedia romantica "A Family Affair". Era anche estremamente orgogliosa delle sue origini italiane e ha lavorato instancabilmente per ricollegare la sua famiglia negli Stati Uniti alla sua famiglia a Caserta, in Italia. Tina ha fatto molti viaggi in Italia nel corso degli anni, con la sua visita più recente avvenuta lo scorso maggio.

Tina era una risorsa incredibile, una risolutrice di problemi e una feroce sostenitrice della sua famiglia e dei suoi amici. Ha affrontato ogni sfida con tenacia e coraggio. Era una forza con cui lottare, guidata dall'amore e dalla lealtà verso le persone a cui teneva di più. Nel suo tempo libero, Tina poteva sempre trovare ad aiutare i suoi amici e la sua famiglia usando molti dei suoi talenti e abilità unici come l'interior design, la cucina tradizionale napoletana, la disposizione dei fiori, l'arte e il cucito.

Oltre al suo amorevole marito, le sono sopravvissuti due figli: Reggie Reiter e Timothy marito di Myriah Reiter; tre nipoti: Michael, Daniel e Garrett; due sorelle: Angela moglie di Jeffrey Shronk e Joanne moglie di Thomas Calibeo, suo "fratello" Dominic Tammaro marito di Dolly Tammaro, e molti nipoti, nipoti, cugini e le loro famiglie. Parenti e amici sono invitati a partecipare al suo funerale dalla Devlin - Gatcha Funeral Home, 517 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA martedì 13 agosto 2024. La visita si terrà dalle 9:00 alle 11:00, seguita da un servizio di Celebrazione della Vita alle 11:00. Per coloro che non potranno partecipare di persona, il servizio sarà trasmesso in live streaming anche sulla pagina Facebook di Devlin – Gatcha.
