Thomas R. Lutz

Thomas R Lutz , 75 of Chester Springs passed away on November 30, 2024 at Arden Courts in King of Prussia.

He leaves his wife, Diane (Dougherty) Lutz, daughter Anne (Simone) Lutz, son James (Allison) Lutz and grandson Zander Lutz. Tom's brother, John (Carolyn) Lutz and sister Kathleen (Albert) Wagner.

Tom was the son of the late Wayne and Jane Lutz and grew up in Phoenixville and Kimberton. He received degrees from Univ of Pittsburgh, Drexel and West Chester University. The first part of his career was as a College Librarian, then a Management consultant. Tom played on the state champion HS Baseball team and loved baseball his whole life. He was fond of travel, hiking, skiing, biking and his golden retrievers. He was an avid genealogist and historian and volunteered with Historic Yellow Springs. Tom will be remembered for his kind and helpful nature, love of dance , and curiosity about all people and places. 

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a remembrance in the Devlin-Gatcha Funeral Home, 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Saturday, December 7, from 3 to 4:30 PM.
