Sebastiana "Ann" Coccia

Sebastiana J. "Ann" Coccia, 87, beloved wife of Joseph F. Coccia of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2020 in Seasons Hospice.

Born on April 28, 1933 in Reading, PA she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Salvatrice "Sophie" (Macaluso) Inglisa.

Before marriage to Joe on October 16, 1965, Ann worked as a Secretary at Sun Oil and H.E. Fortna & Brothers.  She was devoted to her religion and taking care of her children  as a Homemaker, especially when they were young. When they were older, she once again resumed her secretarial skillsets at the West Company.

Ann was a founding member of St. Basil the Great Catholic Church in Kimberton, and was involved in various church activities throughout the years including: The Women's Club, Bingo, The Spaghetti Dinners, Church Cleaning/Laundering Linens, and she was also in charge of Eucharistic Adoration.

She was also a member of the Phoenixville Senior Center and enjoyed gardening, sewing, painting (particularly scenes from Valley Forge Park), and she especially loved cooking authentic Italian dishes and desserts.  She took pleasure in trying new things, traveling to new places (especially making pilgrimages and meeting her relatives in Sicily and across the country), and experiencing new adventures.  She will forever be in our hearts and so very greatly missed!

She is survived by 3 Children:
Donna (Wife of John Patriarca);
Lisa Coccia (and Colin Ignatovig);
Thomas (Husband of Lisa Kate);

6 Grandchildren, Morgan, Antonio, Ryan (Husband of Dana), Colby, Caitlyn, and Alicia.

2 Brothers, Domenic Inglisa (Husband of Lois) and Angelo Inglisa (Husband of the late Dorothy).

She was preceded in death by her Brother, Philip Inglisa (Husband of Florene).

She is also survived by several loved In-Laws and many Nieces and Nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass in St. Basil the Great Catholic Church, 2340 Kimberton Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460 on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 11:00 am.

Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery.

A viewing will be in church on Tuesday from 10:00 am to 10:50 am.
