Sara Jo "Sally" Wosczyna

Sara Jo (Yeager) Wosczyna, known to her family and friends as Sally, 69, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away peacefully at home with family by her side on January 23, 2025. She was the daughter of ZoAnne Yeager and the late John W. Yeager. Sally is survived by her five children: Matthew Wosczyna and his wife Mae, Stephanie Dean, Michelle Kelly and her husband Joseph, Suzanne Augustine and her husband John, and Sarah Wosczyna, as well as her six siblings. She was the proud grandmother of grandchildren Matthew, Rose, Kaitlyn, Alison, Joey, Madison, Joey, Catherine, Henry, John and Jace and great-grandchildren Kason, Karter, Avelyn, Maeve and Elyse.

She will be remembered for her dedication to her family and her unique presence in their lives. Sally had a long career with Davita, where her work made a meaningful impact. Outside of work, she took great pride in her yard and garden and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of East Vincent United Church of Christ in Spring City, PA, where she found community and connection.

A visitation will be held in the Devlin - Gatcha Funeral Home, 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 from 9:30 to 11:00 am followed by a private family service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Sally’s memory to Phoenixville Cancer Center, 824 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.

Sally’s life will be remembered by those who knew her in their own personal ways, and she leaves behind a legacy of strength and resilience.
