Ruth L. (Smith) Schultz, 80, wife of the late Clarence L. Rittenbaugh, Jr. of Phoenixville, PA, died on Thursday, January 25, 2018.
Born on January 29, 1937 in Valley Forge, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry Smith and Dorothy (Kimmey) Kalinski.
She was one of the first women to work in the pipe mill at the Phoenix Steel Corp. She also worked at Teleflex and several years in the pharmaceutical industry.
She enjoyed deep sea fishing, going to the beach, and spending time at her home in Pot Nets.

Daughter, Kathleen Schultz and Mike Young;
Daughter, Kelly wife of Frank Coccia;
Son, Stephen husband of Michele Schultz;
Step-son, Corky husband of Deb Rittenbaugh.
Grandchildren:
Rachel and Matt Prince;
Michael Coccia;
Meghan Coccia;
Nathan Schultz;
Jackson Schultz;
Gavin Schultz.
Great-granddaughters:
Cecilia Prince and Francesca Prince.
Brothers and sister:
Deborah Strickland;
Edward and Jimmy Smith.
Dear niece Loretta Smith.
Her beloved doggies Cody, Bentley, and Roxy.
Preceded in death by brothers Robert and Bill Smith.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service at the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 517 S. Main Street at Fourth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA, on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 10:30am.
Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 9:00 am to 10:30am.
Burial will follow in Valley Forge Baptist Cemetery, Valley Forge, PA.
