Robert R. Brower, 88, of Phoenixville, PA, died on Sunday, October 16, 2016 in Seasons Hospice, Phoenixville, PA.
Born in Norristown, PA, he was the son of the late George and Etta (Coates) Brower.
Bob served in the United States Army during World War II.
He worked as a Welder at the former J. R. Hollingsworth Company in Phoenixville.
He loved all sports and loved going to family picnics. He also loved helping other people whenever he could.
Surviving are,
sister, Anne Longacre,
sister, Etta Lewis,
brother, Clyde Brower
and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by sisters, Katherine Whalen and Myrtle Smith, brothers, Harry, George, James and Llewellyn Brower.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service in the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 517 S. Main Street at Fourth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA, on Friday, October 21, 2016 at 1:00 pm.
Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Norristown, PA.
Relatives and Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
