Richard C. "Rick" Aigeldinger, 83, husband of the late Constance (Porte) Aigeldinger of Collegeville, PA passed away at home on Friday, July 1, 2022.
He was born in Paoli on January 27, 1939 to the late Harold R. Aigeldinger and Sylva Marie (Murdoch) Aigeldinger. Rick graduated from Conestoga High School in 1956 and served in the U.S. Navy from 1956 to 1958.
He owned an Auto body business in Frazer for many years and later worked as an Insurance Adjuster. He loved classic cars and attending car shows as well as mowing the lawn, gardening, boating and trips to the beach, but it was his love for the Lord, his family and friends that was his greatest passion. He attended the Valley Forge Baptist Temple.
He is survived by: daughter, Tamera "Tami" wife of Dennis Sim; Son, R. Jeffrey husband of Elizabeth Aigeldinger; Grandchildren: Matthew Sharpe (wife Jamie Smolinsky), Jason Arnold (wife Nikki Golden), Joshua Arnold (wife Timae Nicolletti), Kristen Aigeldinger, and Nikki Aigeldinger; Great Grandchildren: Avery Arnold, Dylan Sharpe, Gavin Arnold, Max Arnold, and soon to be born Christian Richard Arnold.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Aigeldinger, Jr.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service at the Valley Forge Baptist Temple, 616 S. Trappe Road, Collegeville, PA on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 11:00 am with Rev. Scott Wendal officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Pottstown, PA
A viewing will be held at the church on Thursday morning from 9:45 to 10:45 am.
