Raymond Roncase

Raymond C. Roncase, 87, husband of Joan (Wasko) Roncase died on Monday, December 16, 2019 at Sanatoga Center.

Born on February 17, 1932 in Norristown, PA he was the son of the late Armond and Mary (Vontor) Roncase.

He was a Machine Operator for the former B.F. Goodrich Tire Company for 31 years.

He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Phoenixville, PA and served in Marine Corps.

He is remembered as coach for Sacred Heart CYO Basketball, PMYC football, and was coach and President of Phoenixville Area Little League.

He is survived by his wife Joan of 63 years and 5 children:

Daughter, Michelle wife of Ben Lesniak;

Son, Raymond, Jr. husband of Laurel Roncase;

Son, John husband of Donna Roncase;

Son, Mark Roncase and Donna Frederick;

Son, Neil Roncase.

10 Grandchildren, Chelsea, Jeffrey, Christopher, Mark, Adam, Trevor, Emily, Eric, Ben, and Zachary.

1 Great-granddaughter, Zoe

He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Silvio Roncase and Robert Roncase.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 148 Church Street, Phoenixville, PA on Friday, December 20, 2019 at 10:30 am.

Burial will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Mont Clare, PA.

A viewing will be held in church on Friday from 9:15 to 10:15 am.
