Pearl E. Schmidt
Pearl E. Schmidt, 101 years old, wife of the late Charles E. Schmidt of Valley Forge, PA passed away on Friday evening, August 18, 2023 in Spring Mill Senior Living.
Born in Phoenixville, PA on July 12, 1922, she was a daughter of the late John L. and Mabel (Hampton) Evans.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Schmidt; grandson, Shane wife of Heather Schmidt; and two great grandchildren: Eleanor and Charlie.
Pearl was preceded death by her son, John Schmidt husband of Jacque; grandson, Shawn Schmidt husband of Rosie; and brothers: Don Evans, Edgar Evans, and Robert Evans.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service from the Devlin - Gatcha Funeral Home, 517 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Friday, August 25, 2023 at 10:30 am with Rev. Scott Wendal officiating.
A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 5:30 to 7:00 pm and on Friday morning from 10:00 to 10:30 am.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Pearl's name may be given to the Valley Forge Baptist Temple Building Fund, 616 S. Trappe Road, Collegeville, PA 19425
