Patricia Pacana

Patricia A. Pacana, 73, of Phoenixville, PA and formerly of Downingtown and Coatesville, PA died on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at home.

Born on September 1, 1946 in Coatesville, PA she was the daughter of the late Fred L. and Sophie (Bardonski) Swift.

She worked for QVC in West Chester, PA as a Quality Control Specialist.

She was a lifelong member of Thorndale Fire Company.

She is survived by 1 son, Thomas, Jr. husband of Maureen Parah.

2 Grandchildren, Colin and Kalin.

She was preceded in death by 1 brother, Dennis Swift.

Services will be private.
