Michael L. Fiorentino, passed away on September 14, 2021, after a long battle with Desquamative interstitial pneumonia (DIP) and COPD. Born and raised in Norristown, PA, he was the son of the late Louis and Shirley Fiorentino.
He is survived by his cherished daughters Tiffany Fiorentino, Myka Fiorentino (fiancé Gary) and Dakota Fiorentino (fiancé Kenny) along with five grandchildren and one great grandchild. He also leaves behind his ex-wife Helene Fiorentino, brother Louie (Robin) Fiorentino and brother Joseph (Buzz) Fiorentino and his belated wife, Robbie Fiorentino. Mike also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephew.
Born on November 15, 1964, Mike worked for many years with Montgomery County Maintenance Dept. He played softball for many years with the Norristown & Bridgeport leagues on many different teams.
Anyone that knew Mike knew he had a carefree attitude. He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles and Philadelphia Phillies fan and loved sports, horror films and Jaws. You could often find him sitting at the Norristown Maenner Chor, where he was a longtime member.
Michael was a huge family man. Loved his daughters--his 3 queens with everything in him. His grandchildren were his whole life. He was the best Pop Pop ever. Family meant everything to him.
A Celebration of Michael's life will be held at Norristown Maenner Chor, 920 Haws Aveune, Norristown, PA 19401 on Saturday, October 9, from 1-4 pm.
