John M. Ehnot, 90, husband of the late Mary (Cyrus) Ehnot of Oaks, PA. , passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2020.
He was born on October 5, 1929, in Phoenixville PA. , to the late George and Anna (Babay) Ehnot.
John graduated from Phoenixville High School and received a Bachelors in Business, from Ursinus College in 1952.
He worked as a business manager for Rorer, later Rhone Poulenc Rorer, until retirement. He then worked at the Montgomery County Courthouse as a tip staff.
He was a member of Port Kennedy Presbyterian Church, where he served on the session; Warren Lodge 310 F.&A.M. in Collegeville, and served as scout master for the Port Kennedy Boy Scout Troop.
He also served as Upper Providence Township Supervisor.
He is survived by his two daughters: Beth Ehnot Bismack, wife of Kevin Bismack, and Jane Dell Ehnot; grandchildren Drew and Katie; and his roommate Kendra Finger.
He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters: Joseph, George, Finney, Annie and Elmer.
A Memorial Service will be held in Port Kennedy Presbyterian Church 1084 Old Valley Forge Road, King of Prussia, PA on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 11:00 am. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 am.
Burial will be private in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
