James "Jim" Morgitan, 68, of Phoenixville, PA peacefully entered into eternal rest on Friday, January 6, 2023. He was the loving husband of Judith (Pianelli) Morgitan and dedicated, proud father of son, James J. Morgitan, Jr. and daughter, Elizabeth J. Morgitan.
Jim was a 1972 graduate of the Northern Chester County Technical School. He worked for Steiner Machine Shop in Kimberton, then Synthane Taylor Corp in Oaks and finally retired in 2022 after 30 plus years as Maintenance Supervisor at C.C.I.U. Technical Career Center - Pickering Campus (formerly NCCTS).
Jim loved to farm and enjoyed hunting. He was a welder and machinist by trade and could always be found repairing any type and size of equipment at any time.
Jim was always a man who knew who he was and where he was going. He touched so many lives with his kindness and generosity, his leadership and selflessness, and most of all his indelible spirit. He is finally at rest with our Lord.
