Jack C. Leaman, 80, husband of Jeannie (McDonnell) Leaman, of Exton, PA, and formerly of Kimberton, PA, died on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 in Paoli Hospital after a brief illness.
Born on October 8, 1936 in Lancaster, PA, he was the son of the late John R. and Edith "Trix" (Buckwalter) Leaman.
Jack attended Lower Merion High School, Valley Forge Military Academy, Franklin & Marshall College, and also served in the United States Marine Corps.
The majority of his professional career was spent in Advertising and Marketing.
His hobbies included listening to classical and patriotic music, reading, sports, storytelling, and the shore; but most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren and attending every single one of their events and activities.
Surviving in addition to his wife of 52 years are,
daughter, Kelly J. and husband James J. McGinley,
daughter, Julie A. and husband Paul Radel,
three grandchildren,
J. Riley McGinley,
Casey McGinley,
Brooke Radel,
and sister, Jill Leaman.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service at St. Peter's United Church of Christ, 1193 Clover Mill Road, Chester Springs, PA, on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 10:30 am.
Visitation will be held in the church on Wednesday morning prior to the service from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.
