Helen (Davis) Debus, 106, wife of the late Willard E. Debus of Valley Forge, PA died on Sunday, August 4, 2019.
Born on October 26, 1912 in Valley Forge, PA she was the daughter of the late Frank and Margaret (Farrell) Davis.
She attended Phoenixville Area High School class of 1929.
She was Assistant Post Master at Valley Forge Post office until her retirement in 1976.
She was a member of St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church, Wayne, PA, Valley Forge Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary and a member of National Association of Retired Federal Employees. She loved cats.
She is survived by her son, Eugene Debus;
She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, J. F. "Lardy" Davis, C. Kenneth Davis, and baby sister, Marguerite Davis.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass in St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church, 50 W. Walker Road, Wayne, PA on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at 10:00 am.
Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Phoenixville, PA.
A viewing will be held in church Thursday from 8:45 to 9:45 am.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be given to Valley Forge Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, 630 Valley Park Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
