Hasmukh C. Shah, 77, husband of Kokila H. (Vora) Shah of Phoenixville, PA, died on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 in Phoenixville Hospital.
Born in Surendranagar, India, he was the son of the late Chandulal and Kamlaben Shah.
Surviving in addition to his wife are,
daughter, Alka wife of Ken Oister of Collegeville, PA,
grandchildren,
Kisha Oister,
Ryan Oister,
brothers, Dinesh Shah,
Bhadresh Shah,
Malti Sheth.
He was preceded in death by son, Kinjal Shah.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service at Valley Forge Baptist Temple, 616 S. Trappe Road, Collegeville, PA, on Saturday November 12, 2016 at 2:00 pm, with a viewing from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
