Georgia C. Oscar

Georgia C. (Thomas) Oscar, 90, wife of the late Edward A. Oscar of Kimberton, PA passed away Friday, May 13, 2022.

Born on September 23, 1931 in Brunswick, GA to the late James and Georgia (Kern) Thomas.

As the oldest sibling of 7, Georgia had a great capacity to love and care for everyone.  She will be greatly missed by her sisters, Eugenia, Vickey and Lynette.  Georgia was preceded in death by sisters, James and Danice, as well as her only brother, Alfred.

Georgia married the love of her life, Ed (a very proud Navy man) in 1955 and together raised 6 children.  Bruce (Deb), Lawrence (Christine), Caroline (the late Kirby), Charles (Terri), Linda (Bill) and Teresa.

Georgia was blessed to have 13 grandchildren, Ben, Hannah, Luke, Kelsey, Amanda, David, Justin, Lindsay, Matt, Thomas, Nicholas, Blair, Andi and was blessed again with 12 great-grandchildren.

She was a strong, loving, spirited woman who loved her family fiercely and with her whole heart.  No one will ever be able to fill the space left behind by her absence.  She will be eternally loved and never forgotten.

Funeral Service and burial will be held privately for her family.
