George C. Raichle, 83, husband of the late Betty Jean (Lance) Raichle, of Phoenixville, PA, died suddenly on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at home.
Born on February 21, 1934 in Phoenixville, PA, he was the son of the late Albert and Florence (Hopple) Raichle.
George served in the United States Army during the Korean War.
He farmed most of his life in the Chester Springs area.
He was a mechanic by trade and worked for Unger Cheverolet in Phoenixville, then at Synthane-Taylor Corporation in Oaks, PA, and he retired from East Coventry Township Public Works Department.
He was a member of Spring City Church of God.
He loved going to his second home in Oak Orchard, DE, and loved camping and boating.

daughter, Christine Raichle of Brentwood, TN,

8 great-grandchildren,
Hailey, Jacob, Matthew, Ava,
Ellyse, Carter, Addison, Avery,
3 brothers,
Albert Raichle, Richard Raichle and William Raichle.
He was preceded in death by great-grandsons, Jeremiah and Joshua Milbourn.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service in the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 517 S. Main Street at Fourth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA, on Tuesday February 28, 2017 at 10:30 am.
Burial will follow in Morris Cemetery, Phoenixville, PA.
A viewing will be held in the funeral home on Monday evening from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
