George Carey

George Thomas Carey, age 67, of Gaithersburg, MD, born in Rochester, NY, passed unexpectedly Monday evening November 21, 2016. He was a beloved family man survived by his loving wife Georgia and his cherished children: Jolie Marie, Brandon, Ryan and Stefanie Alicia. He is also survived by five grandchildren and nine siblings. He will be remembered for his pursuit of knowledge, intellectual curiosity, love of the arts and sciences, and his joyous outlook on life. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 11 AM in Saint Paul's Roman Catholic Church, 9240 Damascus Road, Damascus, MD. A graveside Service will be held on Saturday December 3, 2016 at 11 AM at Washington Memorial Chapel Churchyard, Rte. 23, (Valley Forge National Park), Valley Forge, PA 19461.
