Gail S. Griffith

Gail S. (McDaniel) Griffith passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2023, surrounded by loved ones.

Born on March 2, 1957, in Phoenixville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Edward H. and C. Lea (Famous) McDaniel.   Gail was a graduate of Phoenixville Area High School class of 1975 and went on to study business at Brandywine College (now Widener University) and graduated with the class of 1977.

She worked for various pharmaceutical companies throughout her career, and most recently as a Congress Manager for Pfizer Inc.

Gail had an infectious laugh, a great sense of humor and will always be remembered for hosting the best Christmas Eve celebrations. She was an avid reader, enjoyed countless summers at her family's beach condo in Ocean City and had a passion for traveling. She also enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren and family.

She is survived by her daughter, Natalie, wife of Brandon Slavinski, and was the loving "Gigi" to two grandchildren Isla and Rowan.

Also survived by sisters, Bonnie McDaniel and Patricia Young, and brother, Robert, husband of Cindy McDaniel.

Gail was a beloved Aunt to several nieces and nephews and a friend to many.

A celebration of Gail's life will take place on Saturday, August 26th, 2023.
