Eleanor (Macheski) Stecz, 77, loving wife of Joseph J. Stecz, of Phoenixville, PA, died on Monday, March 20, 2017 in Park House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
Born on May 27, 1939 in Atlas, PA, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Josephine (Volski) Macheski.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Phoenixville, PA.
Surviving in addition to her husband of 57 years are her children,

Paul (Phyllis) Macheski,
Katherine (Jerome) Mazei,
Robert (Donna) Macheski.
She was preceded in death by brother, Anthony Macheski.
During her life, Eleanor worked for the Phoenixville Hospital, Busters Restaurant, Valley Forge Military Hospital, Jones Motor Corporation, and Ridgways. She also co-owned Phoenix Sports with her husband.
Eleanor was a woman of faith who showed God's love, compassion to all and who served as a caregiver to many. She was a wonderful baker and cook who also enjoyed gardening and word find puzzles, played volleyball, and watching the Phillies, Eagles, and 76ers
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 146 Church Street, Phoenixville, PA, on Monday, March 27, 2017 at 11:00 am.
Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Phoenixville, PA.
A viewing will be held in the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 517 S. Main Street at Fourth Avenue, ,Phoenixville, PA, on Sunday, March 26, 2017 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and on Monday morning in church from 9:30 am to 10:45 am.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Peter's Episcopal Church Food Pantry, 121 Church Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
