Dorothy D. McIntyre

Dorothy D. (Gough) McIntyre, 90, wife of the late Frederick S. McIntyre, Sr. of Valley Forge, PA passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.

Born on November 4, 1933 in Norristown, PA she was the daughter of the late Louis and Dorothy (Mack) Gough.

She worked for Dettra Flag Company and then worked in the cafeteria at Phoenixville Middle School.

Dorothy enjoyed camping in Cape May, reading, knitting and crocheting.

She is survived by 3 children:
Frederick S. McIntyre, Jr. husband of Bonnie;
James L. McIntyre;
Suzanne Miller wife of Jeff.

6 Grandchildren: Josh, Shelly, Randy, Ryan, Courtney, and Zachary.

9 Great-grandchildren.

Sister, Joan Hicks.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Gough.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service in the Devlin - Gatcha Funeral Home, 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460 on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 11:00 am.

Burial will follow in Valley Forge Baptist Cemetery.

A viewing will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 am.
