Dolores M. (McLaughlin) McMullen, 88, wife of the late Frank J. McMullen of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017 at home surrounded by her family.
Born on February 5, 1929 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Alice (Kaiser) McLaughlin.
Dolores and Frank met while working at General Electric. He was the love of her life and they shared 68 years together. They enjoyed their weekly trips to Lancaster, PA.
In her younger years Dolores enjoyed horseback riding and participated in the Mummers Parade. She was an avid roller skater. She enjoyed needlepoint, gardening, baking, listening to Josh Groban and Celtic Music. She loved animals, most especially her dogs.
Dolores loved her family and friends, most especially her grandchildren and great-granddaughter Maya "Tinkerbell" as she called her.
Surviving are,
daughter, Allison M. wife of Dennis Rodrigues of Phoenixville, PA,
grandson, Sean Rodrigues and fiancée Brianna Oaddams,
granddaughter, Kelly wife of Bryan MacIntyre,
great-granddaughter, Maya MacIntyre,
brother, Thomas husband of Catherine McLaughlin,
and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service in the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at 7:00 pm.
A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
