Daniel F. Flaherty

Daniel Francis Flaherty, 73, husband of Madonna F. (Burke) Flaherty of Phoenixville passed away in his home on Friday morning, February 9, 2024

Born in Philadelphia, PA on February 17, 1950 he was the son of the late Joseph Flaherty, Mary (Coughlin) (Flaherty) Middleton and Edgar Middleton. 

Dan worked as a service technician for Sears, Roebuck & Company all of his working life.  He was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, V.F.W. Post 1464, and the American Legion Post 462, all of Phoenixville,  Dan loved fishing, playing pool and darts.  Above all, he loved his family.

In addition to his wife, Madonna, he is survived by: son, Joseph Daniel Flaherty; granddaughter, Lillian Danielle Flaherty; sisters:  Kathleen Flaherty, Peggy Gozzillo, and Pat wife of Bruce Mitchell.  He was preceded in death by his brothers:  Joseph Flaherty and Tom Flaherty.

A private Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Ann Catholic Church.  Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery.
