Catherine (Koniow) Ivanowicz, 98, wife of the late Joseph A. Ivanowicz, of Phoenixville, PA, died on Friday, February 24, 2017 in Manatawny Manor, East Coventry, PA.
Born on July 20, 1918 in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Herczuk) Koniow.
She worked at Philco and then at Spring City Knitting.
Catherine was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church in Phoenixville, and a member of the Ladies Sodality.
She was a member of Phoenixville Senior Center.

daughter, Elaine wife of John Norman,
daughter, Mary Ann wife of John Kennedy, Jr.,
daughter, Joette Wagner,
daughter, Donna wife of Everett Groff,
son, Bruce husband of Theresa Ivanowicz,
daughter, Kathleen Frantz,
son, Michael husband of Maryann Ivanowicz,
12 grandchildren,
13 great-grandchildren,
sister, Anne Chuko.
She was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, John, Helen, Nicholas, Joseph and Sophie Koniow.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service in Sts. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, 301 Fairview Street, Phoenixville, PA, on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 10:00 am.
Burial will follow in Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Phoenixville, PA.
Relatives and friends may call at the church on Tuesday morning from 8:45 am to 9:45 am.
