Carl D. Esposito

Carl D. Esposito, 87, husband of Shirley A. (Whitehead) of Phoenixville, PA, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2024 at Paoli Hospital. 

He was born on June 8, 1937 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Pasquale and Viola (Stauffer) Esposito. 

He graduated from Bartrum High school and was a Penn State Alumn. Carl served in the National Guard. 

Carl worked for Proctor & Gamble as a Regional Sales Manager for the International and US Division. He also owned and operated LaCasa Restaurant in Phoenixville in the early 80s. 

He loved playing music from a very early age and played in a band called Post Script. He very much enjoyed interacting and networking with people. He loved to eat and prepare food, but mostly he loved his family. 

He is survived by his wife Shirley (Whitehead) Esposito of 43 years.

5 children, Carl J. husband of Karen Esposito, Joseph P. husband of Jeannie Esposito, Paul V. husband of Lisa Esposito, Daniel J. husband of Robyn Frantz, and Kimberley A. wife of Darren Young. 

7 Grandchildren, John, Morgan, Darren, Gavin, Layla, Dominic, and Joey 

Brother, Bruce husband of Bonnie Esposito. 

Many nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

He was preceded in death by his first wife Shirley M Esposito. 

A Mass in his honor will be held in St. Basil the Great Catholic Church, 2340 Kimberton Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460 on Friday, October 11, 2024 at 10:30 am.
