Carl B. Billman, 93, husband of Barbara L. (Clarke) Billman of Phoenixville, PA passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2023 in Manatawny Manor.
Born on June 26, 1930 in Jersey Shore, PA he was the son of the late George O. and Susanna (Ricker) Billman.
He worked for GE Aerospace for 30 years. Carl and Barbara celebrated 71 years of marriage this past August.

Carl enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and wine making.
In addition to his wife he is survived by 3 children:
Craig L. husband of Mary Ellen Billman;
Terry wife of George Weikel;
Donna K. wife of the late Robert Tagleiber.
Grandchildren: Bridget, Craig, Barbara, Elizabeth, Matthew, Christine, David, Stacey and Tracey.
In addition to his wife he is survived by 3 children:

A Memorial Service will be held at the Devlin - Gatcha Funeral Home, 517 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Limerick Garden of Memories.
