Barbara Metzgar

Barbara J. (Butler) Metzgar, 85, wife of the late Ronald C. Metzgar of Phoenixville, PA passed away on Monday, December 21, 2020.

Born on July 15, 1935 in Mont Clare, PA she was the daughter of the late Walter and Margaret (Buckwalter) Butler.

She retired from Wyeth Pharmaceutical in Malvern, PA after working there for many years.

Barbara was the best Mom and Mom Mom ever.  She loved tinkering with jewelry, flower arranging, cooking, hosting big family picnics, playing the slot machines, and spending time at the beach.

She was a kind and giving person, who always put her family first.

She is survived by a daughter, Rachelle wife of Ken Stevenson.

3 Grandchildren, Jacqueline, Kenny, and Krystal.

3 Great-grandchildren, Dillon, Emily, and Shannon.

Sister, Marianne Stoner.

She was preceded in death by her daughters, Renee Rempuszewski and Rhonda Jassmond, grandson, Ronnie Brannan, Jr., brothers, Raymond, Walter Jr., Larry, and sisters, Shirley, Virginia, and Nancy.

A Graveside Service will be held in Providence Mennonite Cemetery, 109 S. Mennonite Road, Collegeville, PA on Thursday, December 24, 2020 at 10:00 am.
