Antoinette C. "Dolly" (Melice) Ferko, 85, wife of the late Robert A. Ferko, Sr., of Mont Clare, PA, died peacefully at home on Tuesday, August 29, 2017.
Born on July 8, 1932 in Port Kennedy, PA, she was the daughter of the late Nunzio and Palma (Battaglia) Melice.
Dolly was a member of Holy Ghost Orthodox Church in Phoenixville, a member of the Altar Society, and the baking and cooking ladies.
Surviving are,
daughter, Doreen wife of James King,
daughter, Mary Dawn wife of Chris Joyce,
son, Robert A. Ferko, Jr. husband of Diane,
12 grandchildren,
4 great-grandchildren,
brother, Dominic Melice,
sister, Theresa Cario,
sister-in-law, Kathleen Brier,
and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by daughters, Roberta Ayers and Charlene Ferko, and brother, Joseph Melice.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service in the Holy Ghost Orthodox Church, Starr and Bridge Streets, Phoenixville, PA, on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 10:00 am with the Very Rev. John R. Fedornock officiating.
Burial will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery, Mont Clare, PA.
A viewing will be held in the church on Wednesday morning from 8:30 am to 9:45 am.
