Angeline Zaffiri

Angeline "Sissy" (Castrovillo) (Buono) Zaffiri, 87, wife of the late Robert Zaffiri of Phoenixville, PA passed way on Tuesday, January 28, 2025.

Born on March 12, 1937 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Sabia (DiMartino) Castrovillo, and step-father Mario Pandoli.

She was a Medical Secretary for Dr. Mineo's Office in Phoenixville and then worked in the fine jewelry department at JC Penney in King of Prussia.

When her children were young she was a volunteer at their school and Girl Scouts. Affectionately known as "Sissy" to her family, she enjoyed trips to the Atlantic City Casinos, cooking for her family, traveling, and dancing. She will be remembered for her sense of style.

3 Grandchildren, Arthur Rivell, Glen Buono, and Francis Buono.

Brother, Anthony Castrovillo.

She was preceded in death by her son, Richard (Georgia) Buono.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Service in the Devlin - Gatcha Funeral Home, 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 11:00 am. Visitation from 10:30 to 11:00 am.

Burial will be private at the request of the family.
