Andrew V. Smrek, Jr. , 57, of Phoenixville, died Tuesday June 6, 2017 in Phoenixville Hospital.
Born on June 4, 1960, he was the son of Elizabeth A. (Hritz) Smrek of Phoenixville and the late Andrew V. Smrek, Sr.
He was a graduate of Phoenixville High School class of 1978.
He was employed as a Master Painter for over 20 years.
He was an avid salt and freshwater fisherman, played basketball, had a talent for coloring art and enjoyed playing the drums. He was also a die hard Eagles fan who bled green.
He could never get enough pasta.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by,
daughter, Jaimie, wife of Michael Bari of Pottstown, PA
son, Andrew J. Smrek of Lebanon, PA,
brother, Robert L. Smrek of Phoenixville,
Godmother, Helen Martin of Phoenixville.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service in Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home & Cremation Services 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Tuesday June 13, 2017 at 11:00 am.
Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Phoenixville.
A viewing will be held in the Funeral Home Tuesday morning from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
