Andrew R. Jacob

It is with the heaviest heart to share that Andrew R. Jacob, 81, husband of Helen A. (Person) Jacob of Phoenixville, PA passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at home.

Born on May 29, 1943 in Phoenixville, PA he was the son of the late Andrew and Elaine (Davis) Jacob.

Andrew served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War for 8 years. Later he worked at Phoenix Steel alongside his father for many years. Andrew was a talented painter & artist creating specialty finishes for churches and Victorian homes, one that had been featured in Architectural Digest.

Andrew had a deep connection to the beach, an appreciation for all types of music and played the guitar. He loved riding motorcycles, sports, parachuting, history, aquatics, reading and always had a new hobby to explore.

Brother, Michael Jacob and sisters, Lorraine Jacob and Andrea Toner.

He was preceded in death by children, Tina Jacob, Robert Jacob, and step-son, John Katein, III.

He was a member at St. Ann Catholic Church. Andrew will be mentioned at St Ann’s Catholic Church weekend mass service on March 22nd & march 23rd as well as his birthday May 29th.
