Alfred N. de Prospero

Alfred N. de Prospero, 81, husband of Anna (Heilmayr) de Prospero of Berwyn, PA, died on Thursday, November 29, 2018.

Born on July 1, 1937 in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Fritz and Margaret M.(Skog) de Prospero.

He graduated from Germantown High School and then served in the United States Marine Corps.

After being honorably discharged from the militatry Alfred received his Master's Degree from Temple University.

He taught High School in Philadelphia and then Delaware County Community College as a Professor of Journalism.

Surviving in addition to his wife are: Son, Dylan de Prospero; Daughter, Christina de Prospero; Sister, Elisa Nocella; Brother, Rev. Nicholas de Prospero.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service at the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home, 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 7:00 pm with Rev. Nicholas de Prospero officiating.

A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 7:00 pm.
